Terms of Service

Attention: This is a legally-binding contract. Please read these terms of service carefully. This agreement governs your relationship with FastSave and use of the services provided through the website. FastSave hereby requests that you accept these terms of service. You may use the services provided through the website only on the condition that you accept all of the terms and conditions contained herein. By accessing and using our products and services, you agree to comply with the Terms of Use listed here. Thanks for using our products and services ("Services").

ACCOUNT TERMS

  • 1. You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
  • 2. You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
  • 3. You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
  • 4. Your login may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as your plan allows.
  • 5. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. FastSave cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • 6. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).
  • 7. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one trial account.
  • 8. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).

PAID SUBSCRIPTION

  • 1. You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via payment systems.
  • 2. If you use the Stripe payment system for purchasing the selected service on the website, a monthly subscription to this type of service is automatically activated, and the email notification on subscribing to the service is sent immediately.
  • 3. The payment of the selected service for the following month is made monthly on the last day of the subscription period.
  • 4. After the purchase you have the right to change the type of the selected service. The purchased credits can be used for any service provided by FastSave.
  • 5. The payment for Premium Chatbot is non-refundable. (According to the prices on the page https://fastsave.net/pricing)
  • 6. After payment, the service is automatically provided/delivered to the client instantly through access to their personal account. The service is considered to be fully provided at the end of the current paid period, regardless of how often and in what volume the client uses the service, even if the client has never used the service. The company bears overhead costs (server infrastructure, servicing staff) for the entire duration of the paid service provision, regardless of whether the client uses the service or not. Funds for services provided are non-refundable.

When adding a card and purchasing certain services, the card holder agrees to use the stored token for subsequent payment without using 3D-Secure authentication.

The website uses SSL encryption that guarantees the confidentiality of your information in the transmission of data. We do not collect, store or transfer data from your card. The payment operation is carried out entirely through the secure server of Stripe a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider. We will not sell, buy, facilitate, exchange or distribute in any other way your account or transaction data, personal information or your credit card with the exception of the bank that processes the payment, Visa / Mastercard corporations or in response to requests from the competent government

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

  • 1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can request the cancellation of your account at any time by emailing the support.
  • 2. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again. Funds paid for a new subscription are non-refundable.
  • 3. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, your cancellation will be effective on the day the next cycle is set to start. Until that date you will retain access to our Service.
  • 4. You can stop the subscription anytime in our Chatbot /subscription > Cancel subscription or you can contact our customer service for the cancellation by email [email protected].

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

  • 1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
  • 2. Monthly subscription fees are subject to change without any notification from FastSave. Information about new pricing provided by posting to the FastSave website. New pricing does not affect your payed period of time.
  • 3. FastSave shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • 1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • 2. We can't guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.
  • 3. Support for FastSave services is only available in English via email.
  • 4. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, FastSave, or any other FastSave service.
  • 5. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any FastSave customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
  • 6. You understand that FastSave uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
  • 7. If your bandwidth usage or load significantly exceed the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by FastSave) of other FastSave customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable or limit your account until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption or load.
  • 8. FastSave does not warrant that (I) the service will meet your specific requirements, (II) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (III) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (IV) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (V) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
  • 9. You expressly understand and agree that FastSave shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if FastSave has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
  • 10. Questions about the Terms of Service or any other matter should be sent to [email protected] in English language.
  • 11. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.

PROMOTIONS, OFFERS AND NEWS

By accepting these terms and conditions from the beginning of using our service, you also agree to receive newsletters.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THIRD-PARTIES

  • - FastSave is not affiliated by anyone or any third-party partners in any way.
  • - FastSave does not have a target to tarnish the any third-party mark.
  • - FastSave operates completely separately from any third-party mark.
  • - FastSave does not attempt to wrongfully capitalize on any third-party mark reputation.
  • - Similarity in FastSave and any third-party trademarks does not make any sense. These domain names and trademarks belong to absolutely different companies

DELIVERY POLICY

To access FastSave Services you must register for an FastSave account by email. By registering, you agree that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We will deliver the login instructions for FastSave Services to your account or through other reasonable means no later than when we have received payment of the applicable fees. You are responsible for accessing your account to determine that we have received payment and that your Order has been processed. All deliveries under these Terms will be electronic.

The data isn't downloaded or stored on FastSave's servers. The content is downloaded directly to the user's device.
